About

New York

I grew up in Miami, the youngest of four in a loud family, with big curly hair and even bigger opinions.

I studied pop culture, writing, and design at WashU, which meant I got to obsess over culture and learn how to turn those obsessions into words and images.

My camera roll is mostly screenshots, my Notes app is full of sentences I might use someday, and I’m the friend people text about what to wear. I can spend as much time thinking about a runway collection as a reality-TV reunion or a movie scene I want to crawl inside of. I’m not above calling gossip cultural research. I’ve missed a subway stop or two while manifesting in my journal.

A few life goals: nonchalantly saying, “Hi, AD, welcome to my home,” becoming Law Roach’s muse when Zendaya retires, and having David Attenborough narrate my life.

Offline, I like to touch grass. I’m working on my yoga headstand, cooking pasta like my Italian grandma taught me to, reading romantasy on a blanket in the park with cheese and fruit, and taking my role as favorite aunt to my four nieces and nephews extremely seriously.

I take taste seriously. Myself, less so.
